You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
4. Refund policy
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window on yearly subscriptions if you have consumed fewer than 20 paid lessons.
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have consumed fewer than 50 paid lessons and have not downloaded any course PDFs. After this window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us via the contact page with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, scraping at scale, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the Service to violate any law.
6. Content and intellectual property
All course content, branding, and software are owned by BiteSizedChunks.com or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access the content for personal learning.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteSizedChunks.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
